At a young age, founder Cees Groenendaal decided to follow his passion for trade and entrepreneurship. With the fruit and vegetables grown by his father, he drove to the wholesale market in Amsterdam every day together with his wife Truus. The first expansion of the vehicle fleet made it possible to serve more customers and offer a wider range. With two trucks, customers throughout Europe were supplied. That is why a new, modern warehouse was built. Expanding the warehouse created more space for storage and processing. With the installation of more than 600 solar panels, CO\u2082 emissions were significantly reduced.
